Pacific High - 32x48" $4,950

In perfect weather this is the view from my studio window - Gerald Island in front, Lasqueti Island just behind, the high part of Texada  Island looming over it, and in the distance the outline of the Coast Mountain Range on the mainland. In the water we get various types of whales, sea lions, massive flocks of migrating sea birds, fishing boats and pleasure yachts of every description, kayaks, paddle boards, and Alaska-bound cruise ships. Almost always there are eagles in the sky soaring on the updrafts. Incoming moist air from the Pacific is forced upward by the coastal mountains to form spectacular clouds higher than Mount Everest. It's enough to get you high.
